Refund policy

We understand that sometimes a product just isn’t the right fit. That’s why we offer a straightforward return policy—so you can shop with confidence, knowing we’re here to help if something doesn’t meet your expectations.

1. Return Request Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Holiday Return Extension
Orders placed between November 24th and December 24th will receive an extended return window. The 14-day return period begins December 25th.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be in new or gently used condition and include all original packaging and accessories.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If eligible, we’ll issue a refund for the returned item(s) to your original payment method.

  • Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

4. Restocking Fee

We do not charge restocking fees.


5. Return Shipping

We cover return shipping.

To start a return:

If accepted, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and instructions. Please don’t send returns without prior authorization.


6. Return Authorization

All returns must be approved by our customer support team. You’ll receive a return authorization (RA) number before shipping your item back.


7. Refund Timeline

Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We’ll make it right.


9. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Digital gift cards

  • Personalized or monogrammed items (as noted in the product description)


10. Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order separately.
