SUSTAINABILITY
For our kids—and the world they will inherit
Our children will live with the choices we make today. That is why we consider what goes into our products, what surrounds them, and what remains after they are used.
We do not claim to be perfect. We are committed to making thoughtful choices, reducing waste, and continually finding better ways forward.
OUR FORMULAS
Color with a conscience
Many clean beauty formulas still use carmine—a red pigment made from cochineal insects. We don’t.
We also choose mineral, plant-based, and nature-identical alternatives rather than microplastics, petroleum-derived dyes and other questionable ingredients. Because what washes down the drain or enters a landfill doesn’t disappear—it can reach our soil, waterways, and groundwater.
BRAND PARTNER PACKAGING
Less packaging. Less waste.
We prioritize refillable, reusable, recyclable, and plastic-free packaging—and work with our brand partners to reduce what serves no meaningful purpose.
That means eliminating unnecessary outer cartons around bottles and reducing single-use plastic inserts. Every component removed means fewer materials produced, transported, and left behind.
SMARTER SHIPPING
The right fit for every order
Our approach is shaped by three Japanese ideas: mottainai, respect for resources; muda, eliminating waste; and kaizen, continually improving.
Through carton right-sizing, we protect each order without unnecessary space. Less cardboard. Less void fill. More trees left standing—giving back oxygen and helping our planet breathe.
A promise to keep improving
Sustainability is not a single material, package, or promise. It is the practice of asking what is necessary, what can be improved, and what can be left out altogether.
